Application Terms and Conditions

I consent to Meadow of Hope dog rescue UK using the personal information I have provided to contact me about the potential adoption of a dog. I understand that Meadow of Hope dog rescue UK will not use my data for any other purpose than to discuss the adoption process and my data will be deleted after 12 months. 

I consent to initially being contacted by either Facebook messenger or Whatsapp to begin a discussion about adopting or fostering a dog. 

I also consent to my personal details being passed on to the A Team for a volunteer to attend and carry out my postcode should my initial application chat be successful.
