Cecelia is an 11-month-old mixed breed dog with a hopeful spirit.

Rescued from a travellers site in Romania, she has spent most of her young life in private foster care, knowing only the shelter environment.

Despite her tough start, Cecelia is ready to find a loving home where she can experience the comfort and care she truly deserves. She’s waiting for someone to give her the chance to live the happy life she dreams of.

Cecelia loves spending time outside her kennel, where she can safely run and play with her dog friends. She is also happiest when she is around people, enjoying their company.

Cecelia is a healthy, 14kg girl who is fully vaccinated, spayed, and treated for fleas and worms. She is ready to find her forever home.
